08/24/2025 Topanga Gardens has been a blessing for our family. My mom was living alone and I worried constantly about her safety. We never thought independent living was possible due to cost, but Mike, the owner, introduced their home rental assistance program. He works with professional property managers who helped my mom rent her house, and the rental income now pays for her stay at his facility.
