09/19/2026 I have been living at Topanga Gardens Assisted Living for almost four months now, and I can honestly say I am very happy that I came here. I don’t know what I would do without the wonderful staff. They are kind, patient, and always there when I need them.

The care I receive is superb, and I am eating better and feeling well taken care of. Everyone has made me feel comfortable and welcome, and I truly appreciate all that they do for me each day.

At my age, having people around who genuinely care means a great deal to me. I am very grateful to be here and would gladly give Topanga Gardens five stars. Elizabeth Gillette Google

04/17/2026 Topanga Gardens gave my mom the kind of care every family hopes for during the last few months of her life. Mike and the caregivers treated her with genuine warmth, kindness, and respect. They went out of their way to make her comfortable, cared for, and at ease every single day.

From the moment we walked in, there was a welcoming, compassionate atmosphere that never felt forced or clinical. They were attentive and patient, always taking the time to connect with her as a person, not just a resident. It meant a great deal to our family to know she was in such capable and caring hands. 08/24/2025 Topanga Gardens has been really good to our family. Mike and Kikai have been very kind and caring from the beginning. You can tell they really care about the residents and not just doing this as a business. We feel a lot better knowing our loved one is there. Kix I. Google

08/24/2025 Topanga Gardens has been a blessing for our family. My mom was living alone and I worried constantly about her safety. We never thought independent living was possible due to cost, but Mike, the owner, introduced their home rental assistance program. He works with professional property managers who helped my mom rent her house, and the rental income now pays for her stay at his facility.

Thanks to this creative solution, my mom enjoys a safe, social environment, and I finally have peace of mind. Highly recommend Topanga Gardens! Jeffrey I. Google
